KKK (Racist extremists)
Ku Klux Klan : an extremist group who have a created a movement in America that targets black Americans, Jews, immigrants and most recently, Catholics.
They are recognized for using terrorism against groups/individuals including murder and physical assault.
Neo-Nazism ( extremist)
A political movement borrowing elements from Nazism and following a similar ideology including racism, homophobia and anti-Semitism.
" Blacks are prone to violence and have lower IQs; Jews spread communism and can’t be trusted; immigrants are outbreeding whites; and a race war is all but inevitable."
Malcolm x (activist)Reffered as the most influential African-American in history ,he was a courages indiviual who stood up for rights of blacks.
Rosa Parks (activist)An activist in the civil right movement. She refused to obey the bus drivers command to give her seat in the "colored section" to a white passenger. She later became an international icon of resistance to racial segregation.
#BLACKLIVESMATTER (activist)An organization which originated in the African-American community following Trayvon Martin's murder. It aims to build the Black liberation movement.
